I’m not quite sure what to think of the Wachowskis’ loopy Skittles-colored SPEED RACER. After the MATRIX sequels, “I’m sure they know what they’re doing” is no longer a safe assumption.
Still, the style they’ve chosen for their hyper-caffeinated live-action ‘toon certainly does catch the eye, for better or worse. We’ll find out how well it worked in May, but for now the new character posters have screeched online. Vroom.
