Earlier this month we learned that J.T. Petty's festival fave HELLBENDERS would be hitting theaters and VOD platforms on October 18 2013, and today we have a new red-band trailer for you to check out below. This latest trailer, which comes at us via Crave, is a bit more revealing (and hilariously vile) than the international trailer we shared with you back in June, and does an even better job of selling us on this insane-looking flick.
The film follows the exploits of the Brooklyn-based Augustine Interfaith Order of Hellbound Saints, known as Hellbenders, a team of lewd and blasphemous ministers who live in a constant state of debauchery in order to be damnation-ready so they can drag the worst of demons back to Hell. When one of the foulest demons possess one of their own and threatens the existence of both Brooklyn and the world, the Hellbenders’ faith is tested.
