Just read the requirements below and drop us a line at [email protected] with pics, videos and commentary about your nifty stuff and your collection might be the next one up here.
REQUIREMENTS:
1) Please include any basic personal info on yourself, so others could know who the f*ck you are. Age, sex, geographical location, what you do in life, etc….
2) Take some pictures or videos of any cool shit you have in your pad, and send it along with your message to us. Make sure that every picture/video is explained and you don’t just send us a bunch of pics and say “Here’s my shit!”, cause that’s not what we’re looking for. Hello, hello. My name is Greg Andersson, aged 24 years, currently residing in Long Island, New York. After seeing your article, I thought I’d share some of the more fun things in my collection.

Here is the greatest thing I own: a sealed roll of Spaceballs: The Toilet Paper. I would take a bullet for this.
Some Back to the Future materials. On top is a “save the clock tower” flyer. Below is the letter Matrty writes to Doc before he heads back to the future. I aged it myself, tore it up and taped it back together for aesthetics. These are pretty standard and can be found on eBay. I also have (though not displayed) the “You’re Fired!!” fax from Part II.
The De Lorean’s license plate from 2015.
Some shots of the DVD collection. Roughly 2,000 according to my last estimation. My categorization goes as follows: TV shows, stand-up comedy, miscellaneous shorts/internet shows/etc., wrestling, documentaries, and features – all organized alphabetically, otherwise I’d never be able to find anything. All boxed sets that aren’t part of a series (Sergio Leone collection, John Waters collection, etc.) all are at the end. Otherwise, they’re in there alphabetically (Indiana Jones, Die Hard, etc.) Also, I got a lot of these for free. There’s no way my collection would be this size if I paid for them all.
Two great posters always on display.
A few mini posters I got at the local flea market.
On display in the bathroom. I think the shower motif makes it a nice addition.
Some Simpsons stuff. A Squishee cup from 7-11, the greatest toy ever invented, and a can of the NASTIEST drink ever. This is what they will force you to drink when you’re forced to watch Carrot Top movies in hell.
Some movie figures. From left to right: John McClane, Darkman, Snake Plissken, the Headless Horseman, V, Freddy Krueger, Norman Bates and Jason Voorhees. Johnny Cash is back there somewhere.
Speaking of Jason, an autographed photo of Kane Hodder…
…right next to an autographed picture of the Hulkster.
The shelf of goodies. From left to right: the doll with spider legs from Night Watch, Buddy Jesus (who’s a little faded — I used to keep him on my dashboard), a Da Vinci Code mini cryptex that I won in a contest on Google, a roll of Spaceballs: The Toilet Paper, The Phantom’s ring, a 1992 McDonald’s Batman Returns cup featuring the Penguin, a model De Lorean, a VHS of WrestleMania VIII (autographed by Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Randy Savage, Sid Vicious, Bobby Heenan, Shawn Michaels, Hacksaw Jim Duggan, and Ted DiBiase), a WrestleMania VIII cup from the event in the Hoosier Dome, a deneuralyzer from Men In Black (I got it from Universal Studios in Orlando), and a Hellboy figure.
Finally, I have a Thank You For Smoking ashtray.
That about covers my shit. Thank you for the opportunity for me to show off how much of a nerd I am.
