This latest column on the DVD CLINIC asks
YOU to be participate and yes, ladies and germs….SHOW US YOUR
SHIT!! If you’ve got a cool collection of DVDs, movie posters, toys, comic books, figurines, an awesome home theater set-up that you just have to share with the rest of the world of movie nerds who reside on this very site, this column is for you! Just read the requirements below and drop us a line at [email protected] with pics, videos and commentary about your nifty stuff and your collection might be the next one up here.

REQUIREMENTS:

1) Please include any basic personal info on yourself, so others could know who the f*ck you are. Age, sex, geographical location, what you do in life, etc….

2) Take some pictures or videos of any cool shit you have in your pad, and send it along with your message to us. Make sure that every picture/video is explained and you don’t just send us a bunch of pics and say “Here’s my shit!”, cause that’s not what we’re looking for. We need some words attached to the pics, what they are, where you might’ve got it, shit like that.

3) Try and zone in on a couple of your FAVORITE AND UNIQUE ITEMS and point those out as well. If possible, let our readers know WHERE you might’ve bought them, etc…

Hey there joblo! My names Brandon Fowler and im from Dayton, OH. The winters here suck so at an early age I began my comic book/movie obsession. Now I am 23 years old and am about mid-way through school. My room is fairly unorganized but i thought some people might me interested. My DVD collection is somewhere between 1500-2000.

Picture 1: this is a shot of my desk with 3 of my favorite movies at the moment. I try to change the posters every so often.

Picture 2: is a few of my figures (mostly Mcfarlane brand) that sit on top of my entertainment center. At the bottom left you can see where my video games and HD-DVD movies are stored. I know one day ill break for Blu-ray. Its a little hard to see but at the bottom right you can see my signed 8 by 10 Jack Nicholson as Joker. Sorry about the black box but my gf didnt want anyone to see what was there.

Picture 3: is the bottom of my entertainment center with some of my DVD’s, there is another layer of DVD’s behind that first row you see in that cabinet.

Picture 4: is the other side of my room just above my bed with 3 other movie posters that I absolutely love (these posters don’t change).

Picture 5: is probably the blandest corner of my room. but u can see my dragon Carl, 2 of those Mcfarlane 3D posters (Jaws & Alien). The hole in the closet is from a night i got mad and punched a hole through it. To make it look presentible again I printed out a picture of Jack from ‘the Shining’ and taped it on from behind. It usually gets a laugh when people see it.

Picture 6: as we pan right from the closet, next to my door is where the rest of my DVD’s are. again…its hard to see in the pic but each shelf has 2 rows of DVD’s. one in front of the other.
