The trailer for She-Hulk: Attorney at Law came as a bit of a surprise when Kevin Feige introduced it during the Disney upfronts so it’s not surprising that, when it ended up online, the first look smashed through an impressive amount of views in its first 24 hours.
The first trailer for She-Hulk: Attorney at Law drew 78 million views in its first 24 hours online. It’s an impressive number and it’s actually the second-largest trailer debut for a Marvel Studios series, per The Hollywood Reporter. The trailer views for She-Hulk only fell behind The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, which received a major bump because part of its debut included a Super Bowl spot.
The trailer also became the number one trend on Twitter immediately after its release but they could’ve equally been because of curiosity if the show looks good or if people wanted to see if the complaints about the CGI were legitimate. It was a mix of emotions when the trailer debuted and that makes for a surge in views when people keep talking about it.
She-Hulk: Attorney at Law will be presented as a half-hour legal comedy and it will follow Jennifer Walters (Tatiana Maslany) as she “navigates the complicated life of a single, 30-something attorney who also happens to be a green 6-foot-7-inch superpowered hulk.” In addition to Maslany, the series also stars Mark Ruffalo, Tim Roth, Ginger Gonzaga, Josh Segarra, Jameela Jamil, Jon Bass, Benedict Wong, and Renée Elise Goldsberry.
Are YOU surprised the trailer received so many views in 24 hours? She-Hulk: Attorney at Law hits Disney+ on August 17, 2022.
