FENDER BENDER, the first film produced by horror distribution heroes Scream Factory (in co-production with Chiller), is also the first film from NIGHT FLIER director Mark Pavia since 1997. Although the first trailer has already premiered for the film, it was a TV commercial-length spot. Now we have the first full official look at the film, which explores the plot and the character dynamics a little bit more, as well as more stirring glimpses at Bill Sage's sinister turn as the Hitcher-esque Driver.
Check out the trailer below!
A "throwback to the horror films of the 1980s," here's the plot of FENDER BENDER:
In a small New Mexico town, a 17-year-old high school girl who just got her driver's license gets into her first fender bender, innocently exchanging her personal information with an apologetic stranger. Later that stormy night, she is joined in her desolate suburban home by a couple of her school friends who try their best to make a night out of it, only to be visited by the stranger she so willingly handed all of her information to — a terrifying and bizarre serial killer who stalks the country's endless miles of roads and streets with his old rusty car, hungrily searching for his next unsuspecting victim.
FENDER BENDER stars Makenzie Vega (The Good Wife, SAW), Dre Davis (Pretty Little Liars), Cassidy Freeman (Smallville), Kelsey Leos Montoya (THE GUEST), Harrison Sim (PIZZA GIRL MASSACRE) and Bill Sage (PRECIOUS) as The Driver.
It crashes onto Chiller on Friday, June 3rd at 9 PM ET.
