Scream Factory announces Once Bitten/Love At First Bite double feature Blu

We're always excited to hear new title announcements from Scream Factory, and yesterday the leading curator and home entertainment provider of many memorable cult movie classics took to their Facebook page to share two new titles coming to a double-feature Blu-ray: 1979's LOVE AT FIRST BITE and 1985's ONCE BITTEN.

The horror comedies LOVE AT FIRST BITE (with George Hamilton as Count Vladimir Dracula) and ONCE BITTEN (which stars a young Jim Carrey) will arrive for the first time on the Blu-ray format and is expected to land near Valentine's Day 2015. No details on extras are available at this time.

…Count Dracula moving to New York to find his Bride, after being forced to move out of his Transylvanian castle. There with the aid of assistant Renfield, he stumbles through typical New York city life situations while pursuing Cindy Soundheim. But her boyfriend, Doctor Jeff Rosenberg, realizes she is under the influence of a vampire, and tries his bumbling best to convince police Lt Ferguson of what is going on, and to help him stop Dracula.

I recall seeing this one on HBO when I was a kiddo but I don't remember much about it. I'll be more than happy to revisit it when Scream Factory drops it on us next year.
