Scream Factory adds even more creature features to their 2015 slate

Right on the heels of Scream Factory’s announcement that a FROGS and FOOD OF THE GODS Blu-ray double-feature is in the works comes word that in 2015 you can expect to see four more “Animal-Creature attack” films coming sometime next Summer for the first time on the blu-ray format! This just keeps getting better and better. Joining the ranks will be Bert I Gordon’s EMPIRE OF THE ANTS (with “Dynasty’s” Joan Collins battling radioactive insects), which will be paired with 1982’s devil-possessed cobra film JAWS OF SATAN (with Fritz Weaver as a priest and a young Christina Applegate) as a double feature.

Adding to that we’ll see the Italian-made prehistoric campy octopus flick TENTACLES (starring John Huston and Shelly Winters) as it will share ocean space with another prehistoric campy water creature—the Danish-made REPTILICUS—on a double feature as well. There you have it, folks, four more creature features to look forward to next year. It doesn’t sound like Scream Factory is stopping there, however, as they’ll be announcing even more films sometime this month.
