Scope out the specs for the DVD/Blu-ray release of The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo

The last update we had for the DVD and Blu-ray release of David Fincher’s THE GIRL WITH THE DRAGON TATTOO was that it had a release date of March 20th. That hasn’t changed, but back then we didn’t have any info on the specs. However the specs have now been released and it seems like a pretty sweet deal!

The film will come in a very cool Blu-ray/DVD/UltraViolet Digital Copy combo pack. The extras will include:

Four hours of documentary materials? Yes please! I like the sound of that!

Synopsis: Hoping to distance himself from the fallout of a libel conviction, journalist Mikael Blomkvist retreats to a remote island in Sweden’s far north where the unsolved murder of a young girl still haunts her industrialist uncle forty years later. Ensconced in a cottage on the island where the killer may still roam, Blomkvist’s investigation draws him into the secrets and lies of the rich and powerful, and throws him together with one unlikely ally tattooed, punk hacker, Lisbeth Salander.

The film stars Oscar nominated actress Rooney Mara for her role as Lisbeth, Daniel Craig, Stellan Skarsgård, Christopher Plummer, Robin Wright, Embeth Davidtz, Joely Richardson and Steven Berkof.
