An Interview with Science Friction director Emery Emery – Video

A new video has just been released through the Paranormal Network YouTube channel, but this isn’t a new episode of one of the channel’s on-going shows. Instead, this one is a special video interview with Emery Emery, the director of Science Friction, a new documentary that seeks to “expose faux documentaries and networks that misquote their science experts, and give the scientists a chance to clear the record.”

Those TV documentaries you see, and the science experts they feature? Did you know that producers often edit them out of context, and twist their words, to make it seem like they promoted some pop sensationalism instead of the real facts? Science Friction exposes this practice and gives the scientists a chance to clear the record. The film was financed by private grants and donations.

In the video embedded above, Jessica Dwyer, host of the Paranormal Network series Mytheries, sits down to have a conversation with Emery about Science Friction. Check it out!

In addition to special releases like this video interview and episodes of Mytheries, the Paranormal Network YouTube channel is home to shows that deal with UFOs, hauntings, Bigfoot and other cryptids, and more. Series there include That Bigfoot Show, We Want to Believe, Infinite Rabbit Hole, UFO Incidents, Hunting the Haunted, and The UFO Show.
