Marcus Dunstan and Patrick Melton, the dangerous minds behind SAW IV-VII, FEAST and THE COLLECTOR flicks, are at work on a new horror property titled THE NEIGHBOR. According to Screen Daily, Dunstan will direct, as he did on both THE COLLECTOR and THE COLLECTION.
Set in New Mexico, the film follows…
A man who discovers the dark truth about his secretive neighbour and what, or who, he may be keeping in the cellar.

Casting is currently underway on THE NEIGHBOR, which will be produced and financed by Sycamore Pictures and Fortress Features.
