It's currently -4°C here in London, Ontario (that's 24.8°F), and after watching the new trailer for THE LODGE, I've never been happier to have power as well as sufficient heating in my home.
Neon has unleashed a new and bone-chilling trailer for THE LODGE today, which hails from the directors of GOODNIGHT MOMMY, Severin Fiala and Veronika Franz. For the film, a family retreats to their winter cabin over the holidays. When the father (Richard Armitage) is forced to abruptly depart for work, he leaves his children, Aidan (It actor Jaeden Martell) and Mia (Lia McHugh) in the care of his new girlfriend, Grace (Riley Keough). Isolated and alone, a blizzard traps them inside the lodge as terrifying events summon specters from Grace's dark past.
Described as a psychologically chilling slow burn, THE LODGE currently holds an 80% Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes, with many reviewers having praised Keough's disturbing and hypnotic performance, as well as the film's haunting atmosphere and nail-biting drama.
In addition to today's poster, Neon also dropped a new poster for THE LODGE, which you can see for yourself below.
THE LODGE will blow into theaters beginning on February 7th.
