Rocksteady, the developers behind the Batman: Arkham series, have announced that they are working on SUICIDE SQUAD video game. More details will be dropped at the highly anticipated DCFanDome Event that takes place on August 22, 2020.
A SUICIDE SQUAD game was first considered a possibility following the end of Batman: Arkham Origins which was developed by WB Games Montreal. The game featured a post-credits scene in which Deathstroke is asked by Amanda Waller to join the Suicide Squad. In the years since Rocksteady released Batman: Arkham Knight, there have been rumors suggesting they were actually working on a SUICIDE SQUAD game but there was no tangible evidence of this until today's announcement. No other details were revealed in the Tweet about the game but I'm the DCFanDome Event will provide fans with more info that is bound to get them to excited.
