Rob Zombie debuts first of five new 3 From Hell character posters

Rob Zombie's upcoming sequel to his debut film HOUSE OF 1000 CORPSES and his best film THE DEVIL'S REJECTS will be hitting us (hopefully) early next year. And until that day comes, I can only imagine Zombie, ever the experienced hype man, will no doubt be keeping all of us stocked to the brim with news regarding THREE FROM HELL.

And speaking of which, Zombie just promised over on Instagram that he will be releasing a series of five character posters throughout the next few days. And the whole thing kicks off this afternoon with Bill Moseley's Otis telling us all where to stick it.

Zombie writes:

Dig it man! Here is the first in a series of 5 character teaser posters from my next film Three From Hell! Otis has a message for the man.

The upcoming THREE FROM HELL doesn't have an official synopsis as of yet, but we do know that the movie is written and directed by Rob Zombie (duh). And it will see the return of Bill Moseley as Otis Driftwood, Sheri Moon Zombie as Baby Firefly, and Sid Haig as the lovable Captain Spaulding.

On top of that killer line-up, the film will also sport such awesome names as Austin Stoker, Jeff Daniel Phillips, Daniel Roebuck, Emilio Rivera, Clint Howard, Bill Oberst Jr., David Ury, Tom Papa, Danny Trejo, Dot-Marie Jones, Richard Riehle, Richard Edson, Pancho Moler, Sean Whalen, Kevin Jackson, and Dee Wallace.

Wow, this is really shaping up to be Rob Zombie's epic. Let's hope the final film is even HALF as good as that cast promises. I can't imagine it will be as bad as 31 (sorry if you dig that flick) or as good as THE DEVIL'S REJECTS. Hell, if the film can land somewhere between LORDS OF SALEM and HALLOWEEN II (yeah, I'm that guy) then I think I will be content.
