Renny Harlin’s Dyatlov Pass Incident releases an international teaser trailer

A few days ago we showed you the teaser poster of Renny Harlin’s DYATLOV PASS INCIDENT and today we have the teaser trailer that tries to explain what the heck happened in 1959 when nine experienced hikers were found cold in the ice.

Do I have your attention? Let me tell you more about the case. Nine experienced cross-country skiers hurriedly left their tent in the middle of the night. Only wearing their sleepwear, the young people dashed headlong down a snowy slope toward a thick forest, where they stood no chance of surviving temperatures of around minus 30 degrees Celsius. Baffled investigators said the group died as a result of “a compelling unknown force”.

Horror movie material right?

Here’s the Synopsis for DYATLOV PASS INCIDENT: “Five ambitious American college students are issued a grant to return to the site of the original events in the belief that they can uncover and document the truth of what happened at Dyatlov Pass. But what they find is more shocking than anything they could have imagined. Their trek through the Ural Mountains, retracing the steps of that ill-fated journey, is plagued by strange and increasingly terrifying phenomena, all of which suggest that in spite of their desolate surroundings, they are not alone. The forces behind the Dyatlov Pass Incident have been waiting for them”

The movie is directed by Renny Harlin (MINDHUNTERS) and stars Richard Reid.
