Refugees discover unspeakable evil in trailer for Netflix’s His House

Netflix has released a trailer for the horror film HIS HOUSE, which will be available to watch on the streaming service as of October 30th. The trailer can be seen above, and judging by this HIS HOUSE appears to be an interesting, creepy movie that will make for good Halloween viewing.

Written and directed by Remi Weekes from a story crafted by Felicity Evans and Toby Venables, HIS HOUSE has the following synopsis: 

After making a harrowing escape from war-torn South Sudan, a young refugee couple struggle to adjust to their new life in a small English town that has an unspeakable evil lurking beneath the surface.

Sope Dirisu, Wunmi Mosaku, and Matt Smith star.

The film was produced by New Regency's Arnon Milchan; Vertigo Entertainment's Roy Lee; Starchild Pictures' Martin Gentles and Edward King; and Aidan Elliott, in association with BBC. New Regency's Yariv Milchan, Michael Schaefer, and Natalie Lehman; BBC Films Eva Yates; Stuart Manashil, and Steven Schneider serve as executive producers.

HIS HOUSE is one of the many genre films and shows Netflix is adding throughout the Halloween season as part of their Netflix & Chills event.
