I'm big into screenwriting and so I try to snatch up and read any and all scripts I can get my hands on. Recently we shared the scripts for neo-classics such as Darren Aronofsky's mother!, John Krasiniski's A QUIET PLACE, Ari Aster's HEREDITARY, and Jordan Peele's GET OUT.
And if you're interested in such things, today we have word that the official screenplay for ALIEN: COVENANT written by John Logan based on the screenplays by Dante W Harper & Michael Green has made its way online. You can check it out in the link below.
At this point, most all of us can agree that director Ridley Scott's ALIEN: COVENANT was a disappointment, both as a prequel to ALIEN and as a sequel to PROMETHEUS. But that said the movie wasn't a total loss and I for one would still like to see at least one more film following the adventures of David the Killer Robot. What did you think of COVENANT? Let us know below!
Directed by Ridley Scott the film followed this synopsis:
The crew of the colony ship Covenant, bound for a remote planet on the far side of the galaxy, discovers what they think is an uncharted paradise, but is actually a dark, dangerous world. When they uncover a threat beyond their imagination, they must attempt a harrowing escape.
The film stars Michael Fassbender, Katherine Waterston, Billy Crudup, Danny McBride, Demián Bichir, James Franco, Carmen Ejogo, Amy Seimetz, Jussie Smollett, Callie Hernandez, Nathaniel Dean, Alexander England and Benjamin Rigby. ALIEN COVENANT is now available on Blu-ray HERE.
