Read the first six pages of the comic book sequel to Fight Club

Fans of author Chuck Palahniuk do not have too many cinematic adaptations of his books to enjoy. We have FIGHT CLUB from David Fincher which has become a modern classic as well as Clark Gregg's CHOKE. With a dozen other novels teased as potential films for years now, we can turn our attention to the sequel to FIGHT CLUB which will soon be available in comic book format.

The kind folks over at Playboy have found the time in between naked photo shoots to publish the occasional piece of short literature including the works of Chuck Palahniuk. Now, they have shared the first six pages of FIGHT CLUB 2, coming soon from Dark Horse Comics. Here's the synopsis.

Some imaginary friends never go away… Ten years after starting Project Mayhem, he lives a mundane life. A kid, a wife, pills to keep his destiny at bay. But it won’t last long; the wife has seen to that. The time has come…Rize or Die.

While the comic is 10 years after FIGHT CLUB, it has been 16 since we saw Brad Pitt, Helena Bonham Carter, and Edward Norton in the film version. Maybe David Fincher would be willing to helm the movie sequel as well?

Check out the pages below. FIGHT CLUB 2 hits comic stores on May 27th.
