THIRST, virtuoso writer/director Park Chan-Wook’s latest movie – a vampire thriller – has joined the ranks of the many foreign films Hollywood is itching to remake. This film has just screened at Cannes but since he is so awesome, even before that happened producers were on this thing likes flies on shit. And the sprinkling on this wonderful cake is the motivation: the success of TWILIGHT

Awesome. I’m sure that same target demographic will enjoy Park’s work. Teenaged girls love hatchet killings and torture, right? Also in THIS article is the news (or news to me, anyway) that Lorenzo di Bonaventura (TRANSFORMERS) is developing a remake of SYMPATHY FOR MR. VENGEANCE. To conclude, I love Hollywood.
