Rachel Weisz is a great actress who also happens to be incredibly hot. So, pardon me for being excited for the potential nudity this project has to offer. Weisz will join Robert Pattinson and Viggo Mortensen in David Cronenberg’s MAPS TO THE STARS.
The project is looking to begin shooting in the spring and will revolve around actors and agents, with a specific focus on “two child actors ruined by Hollywood’s depravity.” Sounds like it could be a black comedy, Cronenberg-style. I have yet to see COSMOPOLIS, but obviously Cronenberg thinks there is something to this Pattinson kid. By bringing in his two biggest leading men of the past decade we may be in store for some crazy stuff from the Canadian legend.
MAPS TO THE STARS has been in development since 2006 but never gotten this far along. Having three stars of this caliber bodes well for the production. Plus it gives me another chance to post my all time favorite Rachel Weisz pic.
