I miss the old days where we used to get branching DVDs. The first X-MEN movie had that as a special feature where you could see the deleted scenes and pre-visualized sequences added back into the movie. It gave the function of a director’s cut without re-editing the entire film. Watching an alternate opening and ending by themselves certainly is cool, but integrating it back into the movie is awesome.
