Potter IMAX delayed

It looks like giant robots take priority over boy wizards. Warner Bros. has announced that although HARRY POTTER AND THE HALF-BLOOD PRINCE will keep its July 15th release date, it will only hit two IMAX screens in New York and Los Angeles that day and the rest won’t unspool until July 29th. Ever since Warner Bros. decided to push the film’s release date from November of last year to this summer, it’s been standing directly in the wrecking path of Optimus Prime and co. And since IMAX has decided that TRANSFORMERS: REVENGE OF THE FALLEN will be getting the month-long IMAX treatment, there just doesn’t seem to be room for the little guy. And by little guy I mean a billion dollar film franchise. God I love Hollywood.
