Poster for Mandy starring Nic Cage is the coolest thing you’ll see all week

Truth be told I'm not 100% sure the upcoming Nic Cage flick MANDY is a horror film. Or even anywhere in the realm of horror. Hard to tell. That said, the poster for the film, which EW just premiered is too badass not to share with you guys today.

Not only is the film from the amazing director of BEYOND THE BLACK RAINBOW, but I'm getting serious WILLOW vibes from this poster along with twinges of ARMY OF DARKNESS and — holy shite! Are they chainsaw dueling at the bottom?!?

I'm there.

Synopsis:

Set in 1983, Cage plays Red Miller, a broken and haunted man, who hunts the unhinged religious sect who slaughtered the love of his life. 

MANDY is directed by Panos Cosmatos and stars Nicolas Cage, Andrea Riseborough and Linus Roache and is produced by Daniel Noah, Josh C. Waller, Elijah Wood, Nate Bolotin, and Adrian Politowski.

The film premieres at the Sundance Film Festival January 19th.
