Paranormal Activity 2 teaser trailer to possibly debut before Eclipse

Are you going to see ECLIPSE this weekend?

Of course you’re not! But in the slight chance that you do, sources are telling Bloddy Disgusting that a teaser trailer for PARANORMAL ACTIVITY 2 will show before the film. Then typically an online debut would follow the next week. Again, this is unconfirmed as of now. Not like your anxiously awaiting in the wings…

There are also reports that the PARANORMAL ACTIVITY crew won’t be joining in on any of next months Comic-con activities. Paramount refused to give any comments on the matter.

As for any sort of plot details, there’s been nothing released yet. Not even a potential cast, and by cast I mean, 2-4 people. There was talk that the original stars of the film, Katie Featherston and Micah Sloat would make some sort of appearance in the sequel. If you’ve seen the movie already, you might see why this “talk” might be bothersome. When Featherston was contacted about the involved, she provided this, “I don’t know. I’m waiting to hear. If they had a way to put me in there in a way that would be reasonable and make sense – I don’t know how they’d do that – I’d definitely be down for it. If I get that phone call, I will be there. I will be scared or happy or whatever they want me to be.”

Tod Williams (THE DOOR IN THE FLOOR) is helming the second film. When it releases, it will be facing SAW 3D on October 22.
