Everyone's favorite ladies who (sometimes) wear orange are back in the 4th season of the popular Netflix prison show, Orange is the New Black. The latest season delves into the racial and economic tensions that run rampant in the halls of Litchfield. Overrun with new inmates and overseen by inexperienced guards, the prison undergoes an unprecedented culture war. Check out what looks to be the most tension-filled season yet with this trailer!
Orange is the New Black surprised audiences with it's light-hearted tone, given the predicament the characters are in, but has also been known to veer into dramatic territory from time to time. While the quality of the latter seasons is arguable, the show has remained entertaining, at the very least. I'm hoping season 4 will bring the show back to the quality established by the earlier episodes. If not, well, there's always the token lesbian scenes.
Season 4 of Orange is the New Black will hit Netflix on June 17, 2016.
