NSFW trailer for Polish horror flick Demon debuts

Last Updated on July 22, 2021

Thanks to IndieWire, our first intro to the Polish horror pic DEMON comes via a brutally NSFW trailer. The flick, from director Marcin Wrona (MY FLESH & BLOOD), will make its world premiere at TIFF, highlighting the Vanguard Section of the acclaimed festival. Cop a peek at the nastiness below!

"A young man is a stranger visiting the hometown of his future wife. As a wedding gift from the bride's grandfather, he receives a piece of land where the two can build a house and raise a happy family. While preparing the land to build the house, he finds the bones of human bodies in the ground beneath his new property. Strange things begin to happen to change this happy couple's life forever."

Pretty gnarly premise, no? Well, take a look at the trailer to see just how out there this sucker is reaching. Hopefully the flick makes enough waves at TIFF to land a wide distro-deal. These are the kinds of flicks we need to see more of in American theaters. Would you agree?
