NIN to TV?

Last Updated on July 27, 2021

I’ve always liked the art that Trent Reznor has created, and being a big fan of Nine Inch Nails (NIN), I’m pretty stoked to hear the news (again) that NIN’s latest album, YEAR ZERO, is headed for some good ole’ fashion camera treatment. Although there were rumors that the album would be made into a major motion picture, now the word is that it could be headed to television. Blabbermouth.net is reporting that the album is headed for a television series. “We’ve got a producer on board and have met with writers. We’re about to pitch it to the network, so we’re a couple of weeks away from meeting all of the main people, and we’ll see what happens.”

YEAR ZERO is set in a totalitarian future America ruled by a right-wing religious dictatorship. The populace is plagued by mysterious visions, the country’s drinking water might be drugged and global catastrophe is near.
