Nicholas McCarthy selling haunted Home in Berlin

Did you get a chance to check out Nicholas McCarthy’s chilling and effective haunted house flick THE PACT? If not you need to seek that one out ASAP. It was everything you could want from a haunted house pic and then some, solidifying Nicholas McCarthy as a director to watch.

Now Variety is reporting that McCarthy’s latest, another haunted house project entitled HOME, has just been completed and is being taken to the European Film Market to find a buyer. XYZ Films will be handling foreign sales through its partnership with Celluloid Nightmares and UTA will be handling domestic rights.

HOME stars Naya Rivera, Catalina Sandino Moreno and Ashley Rickards and follows a young woman investigating a house that appears to be haunted by the previous tenant who unwittingly welcomed the devil into her life.

We’ll keep you updated on HOME as we hear it. Hopefully we’ll see a trailer, poster or some stills in the near future. This is one film I’m really looking forward to.
