Britain’s Chancellor of the Exchequer, George Osborne, recently dropped by the set of J.J. Abrams‘ STAR WARS: EPISODE VII to check out the glorious pig-a-thing (my theory) and talk shop with the folks at Pinewood Studios in London. He went on to say that the next Star Wars flick would be shot there as well, and later revealed it would start in 2015.
Here’s the original tweet:
On set of Episode VII tonight, can announce another #StarWars film will be made in UK. A #LongTermEconomicPlan in a galaxy far far away

With Gareth Edwards being the first director announced to tackle a spin-off, it’s the big assumption right now that he’s going to be taking on a Boba Fett film, while the more recently announced Josh Trank will look into a young Han Solo adventure. If shooting does start in 2015, it hopefully wont be too long until we hear official word on what the title/story will be.
And because no set visit would be complete without visiting this little friend:

STAR WARS: EPISODE VII will hit theaters on December 18, 2015.
