Production on WONDER WOMAN 1984 is in full swing, and already we’ve seen several photos, including a picture of the returning Steve Trevor (let’s not get started on the theories, shall we?). Now to go along with the photos there are some new set videos from the movie’s Washington D.C. shoot which show Gal Gadot’s Diana Prince/Wonder Woman in action.
The videos were taken by some onlookers filming the action from nearby buildings and putting them on social media. The scenes being filmed tease some serious chaos in the streets, with the first video showing Gadot being helped through the rioting crowd by Trevor (Chris Pine), while another shows her barreling down the street at top speed. When it comes to the latter video she makes Tom Cruise look like a tortoise.

Production began on the movie only a few days ago in the Georgetown area of Washington D.C. with no time being wasted before the first images were released online. The chaos in the streets teases some political themes, and the 80s setting will have Prince dealing with the Soviet Union, as well as Kristen Wiig’s Cheetah. No word yet on if Wiig could be seen pouncing from car to car.
WONDER WOMAN 1984 with Gal Gadot, Chris Pine and more arrives November 1, 2019.
