Have you seen those Google commercials where they tell an entire story through social network posts and emails? Pretty cool, in my opinion. Now, the upcoming MIRROR MIRROR has released a viral video in that same vein. It is from the perspective of Julia Roberts’ Evil Queen and gives us a good idea of the direction the movie will be going in: 100% cute and kid friendly.
MIRROR MIRROR is the first of the competing Snow White films to be released this year and the one that I am the least excited for. I had very high hopes when I heard that Tarsem would be directing, but the trailers released so far have left me very underwhelmed. I can see glimmers of his signature style in the costumes but tonally this movie just feels catered to the preteen market.
