New V/H/S/2 segment poster subjects you to Clinical Trials

A new one-sheet from Adam Wingard's "Clinical Trials" segment from V/H/S/2 has arrived and we have it for you to check out below!

I like the idea of promoting an anthology film by giving each segment a cool promotional poster so I hope we see more of these for each of V/H/S/2's stories. As for the segment that this new poster promotes, "Clinical Trials" involves a young man (Wingard) whose eye is severely mangled in car accident that left two others dead. Subjected to a new form of medical technology, the man is implanted with a bionic eye that allows him to see in a way his biological one can no longer. Searching for a missing student, two private investigators break into his abandoned house and find another collection of mysterious VHS tapes. In viewing the horrific contents of each cassette, they realize there may be terrifying motives behind the student’s disappearance.

Magnet Releasing acquired rights to the flick out of Sundance and released it on VOD platforms on June 6th, with the film scheduled to hit the theater circuit on July 12th. Simon Barrett, Adam Wingard, Edúardo Sanchez, Gregg Hale, Timo Tjahjanto, Gareth Huw Evans, Jason Eisener all directed entries in this latest anthology. The cast includes Adam Wingard, Lawrence Levine, L.C Holt, Kelsy Abbott, and Hannah Hughes.
