The latest look at Sega’s upcoming ALIEN: ISOLATION gives us a trailer that discusses the importance of the casting process and what it means to create believable characters for the game. The trailer also shines a light on the behind the scenes work that goes into translating the actors into the video game world. It's some fascinating stuff, and the best part about all of this is at its core is a badass looking horror game. What more could you ask for?! Dig on the new trailer below!
Here's what the game is about:
Alien: Isolation is a first-person survival horror game capturing the fear and tension evoked by Ridley Scott’s 1979 classic film. Players find themselves in an atmosphere of constant dread and mortal danger as an unpredictable, ruthless Xenomorph is stalking and killing deep in the shadows. Underpowered and underprepared, you must scavenge resources, improvise solutions and use your wits, not just to succeed in your mission, but to simply stay alive.
The game will be available on October 7th on the Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PC. That is much too far away, dammit!
