New stills from American Horror Story: Coven cast their spell on you

It's been a big news week for FX's "American Horror Story: Coven" as we learned that Danny Huston had joined the impressive cast of the hit series, we got a new look at the show as we shared a groovy new teaser called 'Initiation', and we learned the synopsis for the first episode of the season (titled 'Bitchcraft'), and today we have a handful of new stills to share with you below.

With "American Horror Story: Coven" set to premiere on October 9, Entertainment Weekly has given us a new look at the highly anticipated series with these witchy images, so enjoy!

Over 300 years have passed since the turbulent days of the Salem witch trials and those who managed to escape are now facing extinction. Mysterious attacks have been escalating against their kind and young girls are being sent away to a special school in New Orleans to learn how to protect themselves. Wrapped up in the turmoil is new arrival, Zoe (Taissa Farmiga), who is harboring a terrifying secret of her own. Alarmed by the recent aggression, Fiona (Jessica Lange), the long-absent Supreme, sweeps back into town, determined to protect the Coven and hell-bent on decimating anyone who gets in her way.

"American Horror Story: Coven" will premiere on Wednesday, October 9th at 10pm and stars Jessica Lange, Kathy Bates, Sarah Paulson, Gabourey Sidibe, Patti LuPone, Emma Roberts, Angela Bassett, Taissa Farmiga, Frances Conroy, Lily Rabe, Evan Peters, Denis O’Hare, Alexandra Breckenridge, Alexander Dreymon and Jamie Brewer.
