The second day of the D23 Expo has just gotten under way and Disney wasted no time in pushing the mega-hype button by ushering out the STAR WARS: THE RISE OF SKYWALKER panel! JJ Abrams, Kathleen Kennedy, mutha-f*ckin' Billy Dee Williams and new star Kerri Russel (an Abrams staple) have all taken the stage. Good (Sith) Lord, I wish I was there! I think the annoucement that moved me the most was that they had enough footage to bring Carrie Fisher in and I just know JJ is going to provide her a fitting closing. And holy shit is that new poster freakin' incredible!!!! STAR WARS: THE RISE OF SKYWALKER is in theaters December 20.
