It’s safe to say that fans have been eagerly awaiting the new Spider-Man: No Way Home trailer for quite some time, and Marvel has finally delivered. The trailer was launched during a fan event at the Regal Sherman Oaks today and has now made its way online for your viewing pleasure. Check it out above!
While the new Spider-Man: No Way Home trailer doesn’t go so far as to confirm the involvement of the Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield versions of Spider-Man, we do get much more from the villains this time around. The focus definitely seems to be on Doctor Octopus, with Alfred Molina set to steal the show, but we also get to see and hear Willem Dafoe as Green Goblin (in that classic costume no less!) as well as Electro (Jamie Foxx), Sandman, and the Lizard. It’s going to be a full house! I can’t wait! And honestly, they probably don’t need to release anything else at this point. Save a few surprises for the theater.
Spider-Man: No Way Home will find Peter Parker (Tom Holland) turning to Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) for help when he’s unmasked and is no longer able to separate his normal life from the high-stakes of being a superhero. After some magical meddling, the stakes become even more dangerous, forcing him to discover what it truly means to be Spider-Man. What did you think of the new Spider-Man: No Way Home trailer? Did it live up to your sky-high expectations?
Spider-Man: No Way Home will hit theaters on December 17, 2021.
