Spike TV’s “Guys Choice Awards,” which awards the best in…stuff that…guys like?, aired over the weekend and included a new, extended TV spot for COWBOYS & ALIENS. While TV spot makes you think “commercial,” this is more like a new trailer as the second half features almost all new footage from the film.
Like SUPER 8, Jon Favreau is keeping his aliens under wraps for now (though the attendees at Butt Numb-a-Thon did get a sneak peek) and that seems to be working well. What isn’t being kept under wraps is a naked Olivia Wilde who, once again, is on display in this footage (I’m not sure why she’s nekkid and I’m not sure I care, I just like it).
COWBOYS opens the week after Comic-Con and you can bet your ass there will be a major presence in San Diego. But for now, check out the new footage from COWBOYS & ALIENS below:
