John Landis’ BURKE AND HARE is a film that is being highly talked about and we here at AITH are looking very closely at this flick. Sure it’s not your typical slasher but it’s a piece of work that involves lots of dead people. In the end isn’t that what we’re all here for?

BURKE AND HARE is a black comedy based on the true story about the famous murderers, ‘Burke And Hare’ follows the hapless exploits of these two men as they fall into the highly profitable business of providing cadavers for the medical fraternity in Nineteenth Century Edinburgh, then the centre of medical learning. The one thing they were short of was bodies.

Along with Pegg, Serkis and Wilkinson the film also stars Isla Fisher, Tim Curry and Christopher Lee. The film is set to hit theaters this Friday, on October 29th over in the UK. Unfortuantely no US release date has been announced yet but that should be coming our way soon. Stick with us for more updates and news on the film!
