There’s a new haunting on its way, one of the particularly chilling variety as Empire snagged a few stills that shine a light on a new three-part mini-series that goes by the name of “The Enfield Haunting”. The drama stars Eleanor Worthington-Cox, as well as Timothy Spall, Juliet Stevenson and Matthew Macfadyen.
Directed by Kristoffer Nyholm (“The Killing”), “The Enfield Haunting” is a dramatization of real events that are alleged to have taken place at a North London house in 1977. Spall will play Maurice Grosse, a rookie paranormal researcher. After a recent personal tragedy, he is drawn to the house on Green Street after disturbing reports of a desperate family terrorized by malevolent unseen forces.
Series is adapted from Guy Lyon Playfair’s book “This House Is Haunted” and will premiere this spring on Sky Living.
