New How to Train Your Dragon 3 trailer teases the epic conclusion

Over the course of the previous HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON movies we’ve seen the bond between Hiccup (Jay Baruchel) and Toothless grow into something beautiful and special, and now their journey is coming to an end. The new trailer for HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON: THE HIDDEN WORLD reveals the colorful, secret dragon world and hints at the greatest threat the Vikings and their dragons have yet to face. They will have to overcome it and start somewhere new if they are to survive, hinting at an epic conclusion. Oh, and Toothless gets a girlfriend, so prepare for an abundance of cuteness.

Now chief and ruler of Berk alongside Astrid, Hiccup has created a gloriously chaotic dragon utopia. When the sudden appearance of female Light Fury coincides with the darkest threat their village has ever faced, Hiccup and Toothless must leave the only home they’ve known and journey to a hidden world thought only to exist in myth. As their true destines are revealed, dragon and rider will fight together—to the very ends of the Earth—to protect everything they’ve grown to treasure.

We're still a good year out from the movie and it already looks ready to go into theaters, and this trailer showed quite a bit of footage. Unlike a teaser where we would only get a few cute scenes and nothing else, we get a very good look at the whole story here. Visually the movie looks as great as the others, and the heart and humor seem there as well. The last two movies are some of the best in the Dreamworks canon, so I hope this new movie can end things on an equally spectacular note.
