A new clip from Wes Anderson's THE GRAND BUDAPEST HOTEL has been released, featuring everything we love about the director's films. Great music? Check. Clever dialogue? Check. Bill Murray? Double f*cking check. In the clip, Murray's character reveals his escape plan to Ralph Fiennes' Gustave H. and his lobby boy (Tony Revolori), and it gives us an excellent taste of what to expect in Anderson's upcoming film. If you're a fan of the director and his previous movies, you're going to really enjoy this new clip.
"They only had the half ounce."
Here's the synopsis:
Set in alternate-history 1920s Europe in a country called the Republic of Zubrowka, a famed hotel concierge by the name of Gustave H. is bequeathed a painting called Boy with Apple after his one night stand, Madame D, is killed. Madame D's son, Dmitri, vows revenge on Gustave by framing him for Madame D's murder. Zero Moustafa, the lobby boy, and his love interest, Agatha, help Gustave hide Boy with Apple from Dmitri and the authorities.
THE GRAND BUDAPEST HOTEL has an amazing cast, and I think it has the potential to be Anderson's funniest film yet. There are few things in the world that get me more excited than a new Wes Anderson film, and like many fans of the director, I can't wait to see his latest.
THE GRAND BUDAPEST HOTEL also stars Adrien Brody, Willem Dafoe, Jeff Goldblum, Harvey Keitel, Jude Law, Edward Norton, Jason Schwartzman, Tilda Swinton, Owen Wilson, and Tom Wilkinson, and will hit theaters on March 7th, 2014.
