The newest film in the CHILD'S PLAY series, CULT OF CHUCKY will be premiering later this month at FrightFest in London, and as if the peeps in attendance weren't already on my list of "luckiest guys n' gals on the planet" then the addition of this documentary to the screening sure as hell lands them on said list.
The documentary is called DOLLHOUSE and it was shot and directed by Kyra Gardner.
Kyra Gardner, for those who might not know, is the daughter of Chucky puppeteer Tony Gardner aka the dude who played himself and got his head super-cut-off in SEED OF CHUCKY (see video below).
Krya Gardner pulled off interviews with franchise writer Don Mancini, father/daughter duo Fiona and Brad Dourif, franchise producer David Kirschner, and of course her own pappy, Tony. B-D reports the doc is being described as Kyra’s “loving tribute to growing up in the world of the psycho killer doll.”
You can check out some stills from the doc below, along with the poster. After checking through that make sure to let us know what you think in the comments below or on Facebook, Twitter, and/or Instagram!
