New book about Stephen King headed our way from Stephen Spignesi

I'm one of those people who reads anything he can from Stephen King. In fact, my favorite book of all-time is Stephen King's IT, and that's closely followed up by King's non-fiction book about writing in general called On Writing. Needless to say, I think I know a lot about the man who has birthed some of the best horror fiction of all-time.

But all the same, it looks like we have another must-read for all of you Stephen King fanatics out there. But this time the book isn't WRITTEN by Stephen King, it's ABOUT Mr. King. Yes, author Stephen Spignesi "a world authority on King" has a new book on the way called Stephen King, American Master: A Creepy Corpus of Facts about Stephen King & His Work.

The book includes fascinating facts, trivia, and little-known details about the life of King, plus it provides a variety of interviews, essays, and insights. And today our buddies over at Rue Morgue premiered the cover art (designed by Dean Samed) and you can check it out below.

Spignesi knows what he's talking about when it comes to King so I think this book just might be a must-own. After all, the author has penned numerous King-based books including The Complete Stephen King Encyclopedia, The Stephen King Quiz Book, The Second Stephen King Quiz Book, The Lost Work Of Stephen King, and The Essential Stephen King. The man's almost as prolific as King himself.
