New AITH look! And a gander back at how Arrow in the Head got its start!

I
still remember when the

site originated in the year 2000
(that’s the original logo on your right). I was fresh out of
acting school, trying to make a living acting and writing when I got an
e-mail from my good buddy JoBlo (aka Berge Garabedian) who had started some
dinky film website in 1998. It should be said, at that point, outside of
e-mails, I knew nothing about computers or the internet… I had ZERO
interest in them outside of porn, man how things have changed.

JoBlo’s original e-mail to me:

I had no idea then that the site would become this
popular and that it would endure this long. Shit, I still remember when I
ran the whole thing alone, zero staff and all. And here we are
now in 2010, still going and with a NEW SLICKER THAN SLICK ASS LOOK at that! It’s not too all
different in terms of functionality than the old look but we do get this:
longer headlines, wide articles bigger pictures and bigger videos. Our
navigation menu got a makeover as well and the right hand side of the site gives yall even more content to peruse. Hope you guys and dolls dig!
