Kevin Feige talks Julia Louis-Dreyfus’ future plans with the MCU (SPOILERS)

Julia Louis-Dreyfus made a surprise appearance on episode 5 of The Falcon and the Winter Solider as Contessa Valentina Allegra de la Fontaine and one knows that you don't cast an actress of her stature in a mere cameo role. Fans know that there is more coming from this character and Marvel boss, Kevin Feige, is teasing his future plans for her.

Last we saw Valentina she had recruited John Walker (Wyatt Russell) to join her mysterious team. Originally the character was supposed to pop up in Black Widow first but, now that Natasha Romanoff's solo movie is officially out, fans have seen that Yelena Belova (Florence Pugh) is another one of Valentina's recruits. So what's next? Kevin Feige recently spoke to the D23 Inside Disney podcast and he was asked about the Black Widow post-credits scene and what's next for Valentina. While Feige didn't give an answer that gave everything away, he did tease Valentina's recruitment efforts and how he believes fans will be surprised where she pops up next:

"She’s doing something. Yes she is. She seems to be in recruitment mode. Does Yelena already work for her? They seem to have a connection at that point. Yes. And the future is bright for the MCU because Julia is in it. We are gigantic fans of her at Marvel. We had a general meeting with her many years ago, Louis D’ Esposito and I really just geeked out that we were even meeting her because she’s such an icon, and we’re very big Seinfeld nerds at Marvel Studios. So the notion of bringing her into the world was always something, if we could find the right thing, was something we wanted to do. And when this role came about and the opportunity to have her in [Black] Widow, and [The] Falcon [and the Winter Soldier], and maybe in some other things coming up, she was totally on board and really into it. So it's an amazing addition to the world, and I look forward to people being surprised by just where she’ll show up next."

Feige didn't say what Valentina's plans are, but he did seem to suggest that Yelena and Valentina are already working together by the time the Black Widow post-credits scene takes place.  This would give her two confirmed recruits that are to be reckoned with. Feige wasn't asked if the team she's assembling will be the Dark Avengers or something else but fans are already speculating. All I know is that I believe Louis-Dreyfus will likely be making some more Phase 4 appearances.
