It's been a ridiculously long road to bring Jurassic Park 4 to cinemas, and while we're not at the end of that road yet, we are a giant step t-rex-sized step closer. Uber-producer Frank Marshall tweeted a picture of today's callsheet that indicates not only who will be involved in the last scenes shot, but also that it will be the last scenes shot for principal photography. It looks like Bryce Dallas Howard is on-hand as Claire, and that we have some Point-of-View shots in-store. Fine, good, whatever, just get it done!
Big day for JW. Thanks NOLA! #JurassicWorld @JurassicPark http://t.co/T3fskA6LMU

While Jurassic Park 2 and 3 brought some interesting elements into the game, neither of those lived up to the potential established in the first film. I think it's a great testament to that film that fans, despite having experienced two sub-par sequels, are clamoring for more. It's been more than two decades since JURASSIC PARK hit theaters but from the sound of it, JURASSIC WORLD will be worth the wait. Chris Pratt has proved himself as a lead that audiences are willing to see with the now wildly successful GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY, so all that's left is for director Colin Trevorrow to oversee the effects and any re-shoots that may be needed, and we have our Jurassic Park 4! To put it mildly, I can't f*cking wait!
JURASSIC WORLD will hit theaters June 12, 2015.
In other news, Jeff Goldblum recently attended a wedding . . .
