Mist Webisode

If you’re like me, November can’t
get here fast enough, because during that month Frank Darabont’s silver screen
version of Stephen King’s THE MIST will be hitting theatres. However,
through the beauty of the internet, MIST fans can now take a peek of some
behind the scenes footage with Frank Darabont as their guide.

By clicking

here
you can check out the second webisode from
director Frank Darabont that includes some cool footage of a dude going up in
flames and running through the grocery store. And while there’s no creatures in
sight while this is happening, it still looks like this flick will be pretty
awesome to see.

If you haven’t
read Stephen King’s THE MIST, here’s the basic premise:
A freak storm begins to brew and a thick mist begins to
role into a small town. Except that hidden within this mist are horrible
creatures and demon like entireties. A group of people become trapped in a
grocery store and have to try and figure out how to escape this hell on earth.

This is by far
my favorite of all of King’s stories, and I still get the chills when I get up
early in the morning and there’s a thick fog outside. THE MIST is
tentatively scheduled for a late November release, and if you get the chance I
would highly recommend reading THE MIST, it’s scary as f*ck.
