Tom Cruise's Mission: Impossible franchise never shies away from top quality action. I believe the adrenaline-fueled spectacles have only gotten crazier with each sequel. With the seventh film coming our way, director Christopher McQuarrie was asked on Twitter how the stunts would measure up this time around. The following one-emoji-answer seemed to sum it up quite nicely:

Looks like we are in for another bumpy, exhilarating ride with M:I 7 and by this point, do we expect anything less? And while we may know the film will be action-packed, we still don't know what the actual plot is! I suppose that may not really matter because there is a certain blueprint that these films usally follow: bad guys taking over the world, Tom and his spy buddies have to go outside the lines to stop them, Tom runs, things blow up, masks are made, etc.
Joining Mr. Cruise for this seventh outing will be Haley Atwell (Peggy Carter), Rebecca Ferguson (Doctor Sleep), Simon Pegg (Shaun of the Dead), Ving Rhames (Pulp Fiction), Vanessa Kirby (Fast & Furious Present: Hobbs & Shaw), Henry Czerny (Ready or Not), Shea Whigham (Joker), Pom Klementieff (Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy franchise) and Nicholas Hoult (Mad Max: Fury Road). As of right now, the release date is set for November 19, 2021.
