Mindhunter’s Ed Kemper joins The Girl in the Spider’s Web

I don't know if you've had a chance to catch up with director David Fincher's original Netflix series MINDHUNTER, but if you've been putting it off, I recommend adding it to the top of your must-watch list.

Speaking of the beauty that is MINDHUNTER, today we have news that the series' best aspect aka actor Cameron Britton, aka the Co-Ed Killer Ed Kemper, has just joined the cast of director Fede Alvarez's upcoming sequel to THE GIRL WITH THE DRAGON TATTOO.

While there aren't any further details on who Britton will be playing in THE GIRL IN THE SPIDER'S WEB, we will let you know as soon as we hear more! This guy had better not just be a sidekick tech-nerd.

That'd be an easy, but tragic mistake to make. That's all I'm saying…

What do you think of this casting? How much did you love Britton as Kemper in MINDHUNTER? Make sure to hit us up and let us know what you think in the comments below or on social media!

THE GIRL IN THE SPIDER'S WEB synopsis:

She is the girl with the dragon tattoo — a genius hacker and uncompromising misfit. He is a crusading journalist whose championing of the truth often brings him to the brink of prosecution.

Late one night, Blomkvist receives a phone call from a source claiming to have information vital to the United States. The source has been in contact with a young female superhacker — a hacker resembling someone Blomkvist knows all too well. The implications are staggering. Blomkvist, in desperate need of a scoop for Millennium, turns to Salander for help. She, as usual, has her own agenda. The secret they are both chasing is at the center of a tangled web of spies, cybercriminals, and governments around the world, and someone is prepared to kill to protect it…
