Michael Keaton appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night and the actor revealed that he’s currently shooting SOMETHING as The Vulture. Keaton first portrayed the character in Spider-Man: Homecoming.
After sharing with Jimmy Kimmel that he doesn’t quite understand the complex mythology of the MCU and that the studio’s attempts to bring him up to speed have all been in vain, Keaton told the late-night host, “I’m shooting tomorrow; I’m shooting Vulture stuff.” When Kimmel asked him what he would be shooting, Keaton gave one of those coy Marvel answers and simply said again, “Vulture stuff.” You can check out the exchange below and Keaton begins talking about “Vulture stuff” at around the 13-minute mark.
We will have to speculate what Keaton will be shooting and what it will be for. He does appear in the Morbius trailer which first confirmed that Sony’s Spider-Man Universe is also connected to the MCU. He could be shooting some extra scenes for that or is it possible that it’s for an end-credits scene for Spider-Man: No Way Home? Who knows if Michael Keaton was supposed to even let this drop but he’s Michael Keaton so he can do whatever he wants.
The actor has to keep secrets for DC and Marvel these days. He will be returning as Batman in The Flash movie and he’s still connected to the MCU via playing The Vulture. At 70-years young, Michael Keaton is still killing it and is showing no signs of slowing down.
